Chuck, Imogene, Jeff, Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of hour son/brother. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I have such good memories of Kevin as a teenager learning go play the French Horn, and then mastering this instrument. He was a talented and well-respected musician. Know that Kevin left a music legacy with the Kellam HS Band, the Southern Knights, and at First Baptist Church. Kevin's music spirit will live on in the hearts of many fellow musicians forever. Fondly, Weeta Bell-Phillips Shipman, VA
