Vicki Lynn Coulter Cutlip, 44, of Wheeling, W.Va., passed away Monday, June 1, 2015, in Virginia Beach, Va..

Vicki was born September 20, 1970, in Wheeling, the daughter of John and Virginia Cronin Coulter of Freeport, Ohio. She was 1989 graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a homemaker, and a Catholic by faith.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeffrey Allen Coulter; paternal grandparents, George M. and Julia A. Coulter; maternal grandfather, Frank Ruskowski; an uncle, Joseph P. Coulter; two aunts, Mary Castilow and Patricia Coulter; and her bird, T-2 – aka. “Bubbies / Stinky”.

In addition to her parents, Vicki is survived by her husband of 23 years, Charles “Wayne” Cutlip of Wheeling; maternal grandmother, Shirley Ruskowski of Barnesville, Ohio; a brother, Jason Coulter and his wife, Sara of St. Clairsville, Ohio; mother-in-law, Marcia Cutlip of Wheeling; two uncles, Kenneth Coulter of McMechen, W.Va. and Allen Cronin and his wife, Soon of Dover, Del.; and her many feathered and fur babies.

Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm, Friday, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff Street, Wheeling, where funeral services will be held at 11:30 am, Saturday, June 6, 2015. Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
