Hoy B. Huggins, 63, of Juniper Avenue, Moundsville, died Sunday, June 17, 2001 in the Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
He was born August 14, 1937 in Wileyville, WV, son of the late Melvin and Lou Baker Huggins.
He was a retired boilermaker with the Boilermakers Local 667, Winfield, WV and a Protestant by faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Edna Huggins.
Surviving are his wife, Janice D. Utter Huggins; two sons, Joseph B. Huggins and his fiance Vicki, of Moundsville, and James Heather Lucas of Clarksburg, WV; two daughters, Mrs. Troy Malleah L. Yoho of Glen Easton, and Mrs. Joseph Amy L. Gonchoff of Glen Easton; a brother, Norman Elva Huggins of Moundsville; and 12 grandchildren.
Friends recieved 2-4 and 7-9 PM, Tuesday at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 118 Grant Avenue, Moundsville, where services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 20, 2001, with the Rev. Scott Melott officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville, WV
