Inez Westfall

December 8, 1918 - April 16, 2004

Inez R. Westfall, age 85 of Toronto, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2004 at Trinity Medical Center West-Steubenville.

Born December 8, 1918 in Piney, W.Va. She is a daughter of the late Alvin and Ollie Ann Sturgeon. Inez was a homemaker and enjoyed playing scat, crocheting afghans, and working search word puzzles.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Westfall Sr. who she married in 1958, and whom passed away in 1972. A brother Jack Wright, three sisters, Ester Morgan, Eileen Blackwell, and Grace Riggs. A grandson Billy Daugherty, and a stepson Cecil Westfall.

She is survived by two sons, Dwayne Wright and his wife Pearl, and Dwight Wright and his wife Susan, both of Toronto. A daughter, Mrs. Imogene Daugherty of Toronto. Eddie Diar and his wife Marilyn of Amherst, Ohio and Mrs. Sandy Keras of Steubenville both of whom she raised. Two sisters, Mrs. Carol Daugherty of Toronto, and Mrs. Mary Beaver and her husband Keith of East Liverpool. Her niece and nephew sidekicks Grace Johnson and Ronnie Diar, special friend Birdie, Thirteen Grandchildren, thirty-six Great-grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

Family and friends will gather for visitation on Monday, April 19, 2004 from 11:00 A.M. till 1:30 P.M. at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St. Toronto 740-537-1234/800-588-1446

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 19, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. at the funeral home with Mr. George W. Coffman II officiating. Burial will follow at Toronto Union Cemetery.
