John Timothy Henry 36, of East Main Street, Girard, Ohio died at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center in Youngstown, Ohio on Sunday, June 10, 2001 following a brief illness.

He was born on July 12, 1964 in East Liverpool, Ohio and is the son of Jack and and Doris McClelland Henry of Darlington, Maryland.

Living his entire life in the area before moving to Girard 5 years ago, Mr. Henry was a carpenter with the Carpenter’s Local Union #171 of Youngstown, Ohio. He was a graduate of Wellsville High Hchool, class of 1982, a member of East Liverpool Elks Lodge # 258, a member of the United Church of God in Youngstown and was active in the United Way.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Beverly Figgs Henry, whom he married May 29, 1988; two brothers, Jack P. Henry of West Salem, Ohio and Bruce Henry of Darlington, Maryland; four sisters, Mrs. Keith Teresa Grimm of Wellsville, Ohio, Mrs. Jeffery Davina Stike of Pylesville, Maryland, Melinda Henry of Greenville, South Carolina and Mrs. David Larissa Pitzer of Darlington, Maryland; six neices and five nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin-MacLean-

Altmeyer Funeral Homes today, Tuesday June 12, 2001 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Dave Myers of the United Church of God in Youngstown, officiating.

The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home in Calcutta one hour prior to the service today.
