NAKONIEZNY, Josephine Burcy, 80, of Wheeling, died Friday, July 13, 2001, in Valley Haven Geriatric Health Care.
She was a member of St. Joseph Cathedral, Wheeling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Nakoniezny; her parents, William and Maude Burcy; two sisters, Thelma Wilson and Gail Simpson; a brother, Louis Burcy. Surviving are a daughter, Cynthia Talbert of Wheeling; a sister, Gladys Heldinsky of Moundsville; a granddaughter, Tina Marie Talbert of Wheeling.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff St., Wheeling. Funeral liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Cathedral, with the Rev. Kevin Quirk as celebrant. Interment in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
