Lannie M. Montague, 76, of Virginia Beach died on July 11, 2001 in her home.
Born in Tarbor, North Carolina, she was the widow of George Montague and was a self-employed beautician for over 30 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda Godwin of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Nellie and Mary; one brother, Billy Carter; four grandchildren, William Scott Cartwright, Troy Godwin, Kesha Godwin and Chris Godwin.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 15, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the home of John and Jeanette Zyzak, 5605 Ranger Court, Virginia Beach.
Altmeyer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
