Blake, Martha ”Marie”, 66,of Pearl Street, Moundsville, died Friday, March 2, 2001, in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, GlenDale.

She was born August 25, 1934 in Marshall County.

She was a homemaker and a member of the New Beginning Church, Bellaire.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Blake, her father, Sherman Yoho. Surviving are two daughters, Ila Blake of Youngstown, OH and Mary Garrett of Warren, OH; her mother, Alice Virginia Yoho of Winter Haven, FL; a brother, William Yoho, of Columbus, OH; six siters, Mrs. Russell Dorothy Dalrymple of Glen Easton, Shirley Roberts of New Martinsville, Mrs. Charles Bonnie Parker of Alabama,Mrs. Bill Brenda Parker of Moundsville, Terrie Yoho of Glen Easton, and Mrs. Richard Barbara Blake of Moundsville; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

Friends recieved 2-4 and 7-9 pm Sunday, March 4, 2001, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes& Kirby-Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, where services will be held at 10 am Monday, March 5, 2001, with Pastor Michael Tolliver officiating. Interment in Valley Brook Memorial Garden, Moundsville.
