Mary Jacqueline “Jacki” Carenbauer, 62, of Wheeling, passed away Friday, May 8, 2015 at Liza’s Place.
She was born April 30, 1953, a daughter of Robert and Rita Null Morgan of Wheeling. Jacki was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and worked at Carenbauer Distributing for 20 years. Nothing made Jacki happier than enjoying a beer with friends, hanging out with family, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Ron Kaminski; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Edward and Mary Eleanore Carenbauer.
Jacki is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Carl Carenbauer; two daughters, Julia L. Kunselman and her husband Andrew of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Erin Carenbauer Ball and her husband Brendan of Wheeling; three sisters, Susan Mortakis and her husband James, Mary Rita McCormick and Lynn Kaminski all of Wheeling; and four grandchildren, Sam and Nash Kunselman, and Conner and Edward Ball.
Family and friends will be received from 1-4 pm, Sunday, May 10, 2015, at the Altmeyer Funeral Home Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 am, Monday, May 11, 2015, at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wheeling, with Msgr. Jeremiah McSweeney as celebrant. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
