I'll miss my brother with all my heart. We grew up as brothers and best of friends because we were close in age. I miss him now My heart is sore As time goes by I'll miss him more His plesant smile His gentile face No one else can take his place I love you Reid, Bubber

My Mom your Aunt Nancy left us a message last night that Uncle Reid had passed away. We want you to know that you're in our thoughts and prayers at this time. Uncle Harold phoned this morning and told us to look on the internet for Uncle Reid's obituary and we have. It is a fine tribute to your Dad. Again, our deepest sympathy, Wayne and Bev Jeffreys

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Reid. Our most recent time together was in the early 1990s when during a visit to Virginia, we were together at Bill and Cindy's house. Aunt Eileene made a delicious chocolate cake, and Aunt Florence, Aunt Ruth, Uncle Reid, Aunt Eileene, Bill, Cindy, Dick and I enjoyed the goodies and laughed and laughed the whole evening. Reid illustrated his sense of humor with a number of stories, reminding us very much of my father and Reid's brother, Hal Matthews. Our prayers are with all of you back home. May God give you great comfort at this time. Much love always, Dick & Jeannie Parrish
