Dear Bill: My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. Knowing your familys values in 1940 and 1950,your faith will comfort you during this difficult time. I am Cleo Sommer Dull. I lived across the street from your family. Your Mom and Dad allowed their home to be our second home. I had 4 brothers and 2 sisters. The Haythorn grocery store was a neat store for our area, and the goodies that your Mom and Dad treatedgaveus frequently was really appreciated. The bubble gum I remember, it was priceless. Your Mom and Dad would let me go behind the counter and I really felt important, like I worked there. The front porch glider was a great place for the neighbor kids to sit on and gossip. Dale and Midge were closer to my age and they shared a lot of time with me and the other 3rd Street kids. Will look forward to saying hello this afternoon.
